Refund Policy

14-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund on any TanStudio Pro purchase within 14 days of the original transaction date. No reason is required.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@updates.tanstudio.app with:

  • The email address used at checkout
  • The approximate date of the purchase
  • Your Paddle order or transaction reference, if you have it

We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Subscriptions

For annual Pro subscriptions you may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again, and you retain access to Pro features until that date.

A 14-day refund on a new annual subscription ends both the subscription and Pro access immediately upon the refund being issued.

How Refunds Are Processed

TanStudio Pro is sold by Paddle.com Market Limited (and its affiliates) as the Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle directly to your original payment method. Funds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us at support@updates.tanstudio.app before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will work with you and with Paddle to resolve the issue quickly.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in termination of your access to TanStudio Pro.
